We deliver products FREE of charge only within Kinshasa and other major towns in DRC. Other shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page on selection of the delivery destination (country).
It is however not possible to provide accurate delivery dates given the current pandemic uncertainty. However, most orders are received within 5 days from the date of ordering.
A tracking number can be provided upon request.
Once payment is processed, you will receive confirmation of order email and a payment receipt.
Your confirmation of order email doubles as your invoice. Please check the email address you provided at the time of ordering – also check the junk folder if you don’t find the email in your inbox.
You can also print your invoice from your account – log in to your account and you will find it listed on your order.
